Escapade Spa-Francorchamps

Set within one of the most revered venues in global motorsport, Escapade Spa-Francorchamps is Escapade’s second signature trackside destination and a significant milestone in the brand’s evolution.

Opening in 2028, the development will deliver 91-bedrooms in total, combining a 68-bedroom contemporary, design-led hotel beside Eau Rouge with six exclusive residences at La Source, arranged across three buildings overlooking the start-finish straight. Integrated directly into the legendary Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps - home of the Belgian Grand Prix - the project places guests just metres from two of the most iconic corners in motorsport history.

To create a destination at Eau Rouge, on a circuit that has hosted Grand Prix racing for more than a century, is a rare privilege. Spa-Francorchamps evokes deep emotion for fans, drivers and teams alike, and Escapade’s ambition is to honour this extraordinary heritage while shaping a new chapter for the future of the circuit.

Designed by Gensler, with interiors led by Escapade’s in-house Design Studio, the architecture responds to the dramatic elevation of the track, the surrounding Ardennes Forest and the natural flow of the circuit itself. Two historic buildings - Hôtel de l’Eau Rouge and Villa t’Stertevens - will be sensitively restored, alongside contemporary architecture that blends refined modern design with a strong sense of place. Natural materials including timber and local stone echo Spa’s woodland setting and will age gracefully through the Ardennes' seasons.

The residences at La Source offer flexibility, privacy and proximity for teams, partners, guests and organisers throughout the year. Together with the hotel, they form a cohesive trackside hospitality offering, incorporating dining, wellness and flexible event spaces embedded directly within the life of the circuit.

Conceived as a year-round destination, Escapade Spa-Francorchamps extends far beyond race weekends. It will support testing programmes, corporate and private events, wellness retreats and off-season sporting activity, helping the circuit evolve beyond race days while attracting international visitors throughout the calendar.

Representing the largest private investment ever made at the circuit, the €30m development is expected to deliver a lasting economic and cultural contribution to the Wallonia region, creating permanent jobs and sustaining year-round demand for local suppliers and service providers.

Following the successful opening of Escapade Silverstone, Escapade Spa-Francorchamps marks the next step in redefining trackside hospitality - blending world-class comfort, immersive experiences and an authentic connection to the world’s most iconic motorsport settings.
